Privacy

The short version: we collect what we need to quote your event and turn up on the day, we don’t sell it to anyone, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, email, phone if you give it, your event date, occasion, guest count, which bar you’re interested in, your city and venue, the floor type, and anything you tell us about colours or the day itself.

Why we collect it

To write you a quote, hold your date, order the right flowers, and arrive at the right address with the right equipment. The floor type sounds odd on a form — we ask because it decides which mat we bring.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe directly and never touches our systems — we only ever see that a payment succeeded, and for how much.

Who else sees it

Nobody, other than the services that make the site work: Supabase stores the booking, Resend sends your emails, and Vercel hosts the site. Each holds your details only to do that job. We don’t sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we don’t use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don’t turn into bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept for 7 years, because Canadian tax rules require it.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The private admin area sets a sign-in cookie, which only the owner ever sees.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@harbourbloom.ca and we’ll do it. If a booking has already happened we may need to keep the financial record for the 7 years above, but everything else can go.
